YES, I LOVE snow!!! Even more than my corner on the couch.

No, I don't have "Restless Leg Syndrome", or the "Restless Tail Syndrome".. I just love to dance! For food that is.. After all I had to raise a few litters of pups, and dogs are usually the last to eat where I came from, South Carolina. Finally my owners had enough pups from me and sent me off to the pound. Still, even there I was a happy little dog, and I soon was sent North to this here foster home.
I am a small Border Collie, 28 lbs. Turns out I have heartworms. No injections for me with all the risk involved when killing the worms all at once....  I am getting year round heartworm medication - Heartguard or other forms of Ivermectin- that takes care of new generations .  You can read about HERE   In 2 years - depending on which vet you ask you might hear it is 5 years!-  all the adult heartworms will have died of old age, - and of course the Ivermectin has taken care of any new generations -  and I will be alive!

I  was spayed  not long ago, and now I could be looking for a family of my own.  Fred, where are you?
As far as personality, yes, I am a little bossy with other dogs, wrap them around my little paws. And cats? They better have a safe place to jump up to because I am intrigued by cats.

I am not yet allowed off leash either, I have a tendency to run North, don't know why, maybe I am drawn further North to New England - like quite a few of Collies in this here foster home before me!
